Responsibilities Included:

• Planning: Formulating overall strategy, managing people, and establishing policies. Helping the employees develop and be productive, while ensuring the profits are on the rise.

• Execution: To ensure the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets.

• Sales & Marketing: Taking part in the development of short-term tactical Sales and Brand Management marketing plans.

• Training & Development: Overall responsibility for the company's personnel and training strategy. To contribute to overall company strategy and policy-making by advising the board on the human resource implications of its decisions. In charge of everything from appointing interns to ensuring client satisfaction.
